The Child and Family Clinician works with children and youth to promote wellness and address a wide variety of emotional, behavioral and co-occurring needs.
The CFS Clinician is responsible for providing assessment, direct clinical intervention including; case management, crisis services, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. The clinician works closely with parents and family members to address relationship and parenting needs, family support and caregiver involvement. Additionally, the clinician works collaboratively with schools, child welfare, inpatient programs, juvenile justice, and other involved systems to affect positive changes and coordinate services across systems. Services are provided in the office, schools, homes, and community locations. Incorporates a culturally sensitive approach, trauma informed care, strengths-based services, and utilizes evidence based practices.

Relates to a wide variety of people including members of ethnic and sexual minority populations, and is respectful of individual and cultural differences.Understanding of individual therapy, group therapy and/or case management approach to provide services.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for six or more hours a day, and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for six or more hours per day. Individuals must be able to engage vendors, team members, clients and others over the phone and in-person by voice. Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
