GENERAL SUMMARYSound is implementing Reaching Recovery - an innovative, game-changing model to better meet the needs of the community and the people we serve. The Forensic Clinician/Case Manager works with adult clients who have a mental illness/chemical dependency and assists them in becoming as independent as possible in the community. The clients are involved in multi systems and through the provision of a full range of case management services and service coordination, the Forensic Clinician/Case Manager assists clients in setting and attaining short and long term goals. The Forensic Clinician/Case Manager also serves as a resource for, and provides leadership to, other team members. There must be good communication with the criminal justice system in working with their clients.

To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for six or more hours a day, and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for six or more hours per day. Individuals must be able to engage vendors, team members, clients and others over the phone and in-person by voice. Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
